§ 1. Definitions

• Service Provider – Dawid Drobny, conducting unregistered business activity.
• Service – website available at https://magicden.net.
• User – natural person using the Service.
• Subscription – paid cyclical service providing access to premium features in the Service.

§ 2. Type and Scope of Services

The Service Provider provides via the Service services consisting of free and paid access to the Service - online services using subscription model.

To use the Service, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

§ 3. Terms of Contract Conclusion (Subscription)

The contract for the provision of services is concluded at the moment when the User registers an account and pays for the first subscription.

Payments are handled by an external operator – Stripe. The Service Provider does not store User's payment card data.

The subscription is automatically renewed for subsequent billing periods, unless the User cancels it before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be done in the User account settings panel.

§ 4. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the supply of digital content within 14 days of its conclusion.

ATTENTION: The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the Consumer if the supply of digital content has begun with the Consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after being informed by the Service Provider about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract. The User expresses such consent by accepting these terms and conditions and making payment.

§ 5. Complaint Procedure

Any complaints related to the operation of the Service may be submitted by the User via email to: [email protected].

The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

§ 6. Intellectual Property

§ 7. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Users will be informed about changes by email.

In matters not regulated in these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
